Bread crumbs of TM “Zolote Zerno” – exclusively a natural product of processing of whole wheat. For the production of our crumbs, we use selective grain, which is first thoroughly washed, then dried, then fried, crushed and grinded. The product retains all the useful properties of ripe wheat, which distinguishes it favorably from crumbs made from ground stale bread. Our bread crumbs are great for grilling meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, giving them crisp golden crust.
